Yes, BTP services use the PNBP mechanism, and service rates refer to  gorvenment regulation, PP No. 51 of 2018 ON TYPES AND TARIFFS on THE TYPE OF ADMISSION OF NON-TAX STATE that is APPLICABLE IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF ASSESSMENT AND APPLICATION AGENCY. The tariff list can be downloaded here

1. Customers communicate with the BTP marketing department regarding the type of product testing/ certification/ technical consultation requested (email, telephone, letter).
2. BTP will send a fee offer according to the services requested.
3. The customer issues and sends a Purchase Order (PO) or bid agreement by signing and stamping the offer.
4. BTP will conduct services according to the agreed duration.
5. Customers pay service fees.
6. BTP sends service result reports.

2. BTP will send an offer for the requested training fee and the participant registration form.
3. The customer sends an offer approval by signing and stamping the offer and completing the registration form.
4. Customers pay training fees.
5. Implementation of training activities according to the agreed schedule.
